Please do read these, you will be held to these conditions whether you have read them or not.  If you wish to clarify any detail, please contact us.

We will send to:

Anywhere in the world.  All payments must clear first through PayPal before any images are dispatched. 

Delivery:

Please allow up-to 24 hours for the image to arrive in your inbox. Up to ten images will be sent separately via email.  If more are required, please contact us. 

 

Currency:

All prices quoted on this site are in UK Sterling.  We are not VAT registered.

Home use only:

When you purchase this item, you purchase one print for personal use only and the Copyright of this print remains with us. Strictly no reproduction allowed. Please contact us for reproduction prices and terms. E-mailed images will have a small copyright on the image and may be used for personal use only and not sold on in any manner.  They may be used for personal websites, provided that permission has been given by TikePhotos and the appropriate credit is given next to the photo. 

 

Commercial use only:

Copyright of all images remain with TikePhotos.org.  Multiple or exclusive rights to images can be agreed subject to negotiation.  Any images sold outside the U.K. will be sold on an 'exclusive rights' basis only.  Please contact us for prices for commercial use 

We reserve the right to refuse to have our images on any website or publication which we deem is inappropriate for whatever reason.

 

All uses:

Any misuse of images will result in legal action.

No image may be manipulated or changed in any way, unless previously agreed in writing from us.  This includes - but not exclusively, cropping, colour, light or image changes, use of overlays and toning.

We sell to you in good faith, we expect that you will use the image in the same light.
